Katie Rhodus
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINER
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From training and creating workout plans for others to pushing my own limits, I’ve always believed in leading by example—especially for my kids. For me, fitness isn’t just about looking strong; it’s about being strong in every aspect of life.
I’m a huge advocate for women’s strength and absolutely love watching them show up, challenge themselves, and crush it. Nothing fires me up more than seeing people tap into their full potential, proving to themselves that they are capable of more than they ever imagined.
I can’t wait to bring the energy, motivation, and some serious sweat to every HIIT class. Let’s get after it! -
Lauren Hulett
HEAD OF PILATES
I originally studied Integrated Mathematics in college and taught high school math. One summer, I signed up for a package of reformer classes, and as the saying goes, the rest is history. I’ve always had a passion for movement and exercise, and Pilates brought it all together for me.
In my classes, you’ll quickly see how much I value the mind-body connection. Through breathwork, alignment, and intentional muscle engagement, you’ll awaken muscles you didn’t even know you had and challenge your body in entirely new ways. I can’t wait to work with you all and be part of your Pilates journey! -
