XO Fitness and Wellness is a premier fitness studio with a proven track record of excellence. After establishing a strong presence in Australia, XO is now making its mark in the USA, bringing a world-class fitness experience to Ohio. Founded by former Australian professional footballer Jimmy Taylor, XO has played a key role in shaping elite fitness spaces from Los Angeles to Melbourne.

In Australia, Jimmy was recognized as Melbourne’s Greatest Trainer, and XO was awarded Best Fitness Studio in Melbourne. Today, XO’s Australian studios maintain a perfect 5/5 rating, backed by over 10,000 glowing reviews—a testament to its unmatched training and community-driven approach.

  • Jimmy

    FOUNDER

    Jimmy is owner and trainer at XO Fitness & Wellness. With a life time of fitness and wellness including playing profession sport in Australia to opening and operating studios in Melbourne and LA. Jimmy is NASM certified and has trained numerous professional athletes and celebrities in the US and Australia. XO in Melbourne was awarded Melbourne’s number one fitness spot and Jimmy himself awarded Melbourne’s best trainer.

    He now brings XO to Ohio with a studio that includes Strength and Conditioning, Reformer Pilates and Wellness. Jimmy himself is also trained in mediation and breath work.

    “I want a studio where we can give it all. Fitness is not just about the body but mind as well. To me exercise is about sanity not vanity and we should do it to feel great.”

  • Greg

    VENUE MANAGER

    Greg is the Venue Manager at XO Fitness & Wellness, bringing over 25 years of experience in the fitness, wellness, and performance industries. He has trained, managed, and operated high-level fitness centers and studios across the United States, working with elite athletes—and even a legendary rock star musician (care to guess who?). Greg also specializes in bodybuilding and strength training.

    In addition to his studio leadership role he specializes in driving employee engagement, retention, and culture through strategic programs and partnerships.

    Previously, as Director of Sales for Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee at CycleBar, Greg led multi-location sales operations, broke regional sales records, and helped expand market share—an experience that continues to fuel his passion for building high-impact programs that deliver measurable results.

    Greg also proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his leadership style, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

    Greg is excited to bring his experience and passion to XO Fitness & Wellness, helping develop the team, elevate the member experience, and support the continued growth of the company

  • Ashley

    ASSISTANT MANAGER

    Ashley found her love for operations in business while managing a sub-house. Knowing passion was missing, Ash attended Sinclair Community College for a Certificate in Exercise Science as an Exercise Specialist. She started at a group fitness facility for 4 years and learned the ins and outs of gym management and community building.

    Excited to see her staff/members grow as individuals and meet their goals - She brings excellent customer service to each time you walk in the door. Attentive to taking care of behind the scenes, for you to enjoy a smooth experience at XO!

    On weekends she’s at home with her two little boys and her husband, having family time, playing games, involved with Church, and spending time with family and friends.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Chris grew up in a military family, which is why Dayton has been home for most of his life. With

    a lifelong love of movement rooted in a dance background, Chris has traveled the world sharing his passion.

    When he transitioned from dance, he found a new love in Pilates—the first time he stepped on a reformer, it was love at first strap! Now with 7 years of teaching experience, Chris is dedicated to helping you move with grace and find harmony throughout your entire body.

    He can’t wait to share his passion and help you feel as graceful and balanced as a dancer.

  • Jamie

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Originally from Buffalo, NY, Jamie moved to Dayton nine years ago with her husband and brings a lifelong love of movement to the XO team. With a background in dance and exercise science, Jamie danced professionally in Chicago before an injury led her to discover a new passion: Pilates.

    After recovering from her second Achilles tear, she took her first Pilates class—and instantly fell in love with the movement, the mind-body connection, and the way it helps people feel strong, graceful, and energized.

    Jamie is thrilled to be sharing her love of Pilates at XO, helping you stay young, vibrant, and moving with purpose!

    When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Jamie teaching dance, watching football, or spending time with her big, happy crew—including her three kids, four dogs, and six chickens!

  • Rebecca

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    After earning a degree in Mass Communication at Miami University, Rebecca became a TV news reporter in Dayton. A decade later, she traded in the newsroom for the fitness studio. She earned several group fitness certifications, but discovered Pilates after a running injury. She began to study with Stott Pilates and was certified in 2012.

    “I love how Pilates helps people feel stronger, get more connected to their bodies and move better in everyday life.”

    Rebecca is a competitive equestrian and credits Pilates for keeping her strong and balanced in the saddle. When she is not teaching or riding horses, she loves to garden and travel with her husband.

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Hi! I’m Alex and i just relocated to Dayton from San Antonio, Texas! I’m originally from Miami, Florida, that is where my Pilates journey began. My mom taught Pilates when I was younger and it has become a huge part of my life since. I’ve been teaching Pilates now for 8 years and it’s my passion! I love educating myself and others on how to move functionally. It’s so important to understand how resilient we actually are!

    In my free time I love to binge a good show with my boyfriend and dog, or explore cool restaurants and shops. I cannot wait to begin my new Pilates journey here in Dayton and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you!

    PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    Holly brings high energy, precision coaching, and an athletic edge to every Pilates class she teaches. A lifelong fitness enthusiast and experienced group instructor, she is known for creating challenging, purposeful workouts that help clients build real strength and confidence. Holly holds multiple NASM certifications in group fitness, cycling and Pilates. 

    With a background in cycling and reformer training, Holly’s teaching style blends powerful movement with deep mind-body connection. She focuses on core strength, alignment, control, and smart progressions — helping clients move better, feel stronger, and push beyond what they thought possible.

    Holly believes Pilates is one of the most effective ways to build total-body strength while protecting and supporting the body for long-term health. Her classes are intentional, motivating, and results-driven — designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.

    Outside the studio, Holly is a dedicated mom of 3 and active member of the local fitness community who loves inspiring others to live strong, confident, and energized lives.

    Her goal in every class: help you leave feeling stronger, more capable, and proud of what your body can do.

    Morgan is a NASM-certified personal trainer with four years of experience in the fitness industry, and I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, consistency, and a mindset that fuels success. Whether you’re here to gain strength, improve endurance, or just feel your absolute best, she’s here to support and challenge you every step of the way.

    Outside of the gym, Morgan is an NFL cheerleader for the Cincinnati Bengals, where I get to combine my love for fitness, performance, and community. “Movement has always been a huge part of my life, and I can’t wait to bring that energy and passion to every class with you!”

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINER

    Hi XO! I am Sarah and super excited to join the XO family! After a short break, I’m excited to put my training shoes back on. I was born and raised in Dayton, OH and have worked out at various gym locations around town for over 20 years.  I truly love all things health and fitness and sharing that passion and excitement with others! My favorite type of class is strength training mixed with HIIT.

    When I’m not working my full-time sales job or cheering on my three very active boys from the sidelines, you’ll find me working out! As a NASM certified personal trainer, it’s my joy to make you fall in love with exercise like I do.  I also enjoy playing golf with my family, travelling to new places, shopping, and being involved with my local church community.

    Can’t wait to meet you all and push you past your limit!

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINER

    Hayden is thrilled to be part of the XO Family and brings a strong passion for fitness to every class. Whether you're new to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Hayden is ready to support and challenge you on your fitness journey.

    His classes are high-intensity with a strong focus on proper form, encouraging a balance of smart pacing and pushing past limits.

    Outside of XO, Hayden works as an exercise specialist for a non-profit that supports individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. He’s also an avid fan of obstacle course races and local 5Ks to 21Ks. When he’s not training, he enjoys spending time with family and catching hockey games.

    Certified by NCSF since 2015, Hayden’s mission is to help people unlock new levels of confidence and strength by making fitness a vital, lifelong habit.

  • Dana

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TRAINER

    Dana graduated from the University of Tulsa with a major in biology and minor of exercise science and got her Master’s in Physical Therapy at Andrews University. She was a multi-sport athlete growing up and competed at the division one level for track and field at the University of Tulsa. Since retiring from physical therapy, she always wanted to use her background in a different way and keep a balance with her busy family of five.

    When she’s not at XO, Dana loves spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel, especially to national parks to enjoy hiking, outdoor adventures, and being active with her family. She stays busy traveling to watch her twin daughters Teagan and McKenna play college volleyball from Seattle to Rhode Island, and watching her son Ross play baseball and compete at club swim. She loves going to concerts, boating, and spending time with her two dogs Moose and Boomer.

    “A big part of my philosophy is to use my background of physical therapy to help insure proper form and provide modifications that are best for every client. I want to encourage people to always carve out time for their health and have consistency with their exercise routine, whether at XO or in life. I hope to bring a contagious energy and spark of motivation to people when they come to my classes. I want to instill confidence for every member to show up and give it your very best effort, push past those limits using good form, and believe that you can do hard things.”

    STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

    Born and raised in Dayton, OH. Graduated from Oakwood High School, played Division 1 collegiate tennis at Miami University, and earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton.

    I am an exercise specialist in Cardiopulmonary Rehab at Miami Valley Hospital for 15 years and a group exercise instructor for 5 years. Cara has a strong passion for health and wellness and loves helping others achieve their fitness goals.

    In my free time, I like to workout, be outside, play tennis and pickleball, and hang out with my family and friends. Married to Matt and have two beautiful children.

    ADMIN & MEMBERSHIP

    I’m Grace! I cannot wait to work with you all at XO. I graduated with a degree in exercise science last year. Helping people achieve their goals and feel better not only physically, but mentally too, is a great passion of mine!

    I love spending my free time with friends, family, and my amazing partner Drew. I have an adorable little dog named Oscar who is turning 11 soon!!!  I’m a big movie lover, and will take any chance I can to talk about Marvel especially!  I also love to be outdoors, explore new places, and try new things whenever I can.

    I am beyond excited to start this XO journey and can’t wait to learn more about you all too.

  • Nicole

    Hey, I’m Nicole! I’ve lived in Ohio for the past 6.5 years with my husband, Winston. I have a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and an MBA. I’ve always had a passion for fitness and sports, growing up playing softball, basketball, and running track.

    Outside of the gym, I love meeting new people, spending time by the pool, and trying good food. I’ve been a member of XO for a little over a year, and I’ve truly fallen in love with the community. It quickly became one of my favorite places, so joining the team felt like the perfect next step.

    FRONT DESK AND S&C TRAINER

    Kendall has a passion for helping others. Before entering the fitness industry, she spent time working as a Firefighter/EMT.

    Her passion for fitness began through her own transformation journey, where she lost over 70 pounds and discovered the power of strength training, nutrition, and sustainable habits. What started as a personal goal quickly grew into a passion for helping others build confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle.

    A Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, she loves helping clients of all fitness levels feel stronger, move better, and gain confidence both in and out of the gym. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, or simply feeling your best, Kendall is here to support you every step of the way.

    Outside of XO, Kendall enjoys competing in bodybuilding, spending time with her horses, and baking.

  • Ally

    FRONT DESK AND S&C TRAINER

    Ally is a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I graduated from Miami University in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and became a personal trainer shortly after.

    Fitness and nutrition have become a huge part of her life, and she loves the way the combination of the two make her feel physically and mentally. The confidence, energy, and strength gained through both are things Ally wants to help others experience for themselves.

    In her free time she loves cooking, walking her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and just about anything outside! You will usually find Ally at the pool, cooking, or bartending when she's not at XO!

    FRONT DESK ADMIN

    Baylee is a 2026 graduate from Springboro High School and is so excited to be part of the team at XO! She’ll be one of the friendly faces greeting you when you walk in, ready to help with anything you need and make you feel right at home.

    She plans to attend the University of Cincinnati to major in Journalism. Fitness has always played an important role in her life—both mentally and physically. She enjoys staying active in the gym and values the importance of overall wellness.

    Baylee loves connecting with people and creating a welcoming environment. Be sure to say hi when you see her at the front desk, she can’t wait to get to know you!

    FRONT DESK ADMIN

    Hi, I love helping create an inspiring and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the doors. Being part of a space where people focus on bettering themselves physically and mentally is something that means a lot to me.

    I’ve been on my own fitness journey since I was 14, which is what sparked my passion for health and helping others feel confident in themselves. My long-term career goal is to become a Physician Assistant, and I love being in an environment where I get to support others on their wellness journeys.

    Outside of work, you can usually find me working out, baking something sweet, or spending time with my friends and family. I’m known for having a calm, bubbly personality and love connecting with new people.
